One and One is based on the story of a man who moved into his barn each winter to sleep with his work horses. John McEwen’s work features 16 small, steel horses and twin barn forms.
This work was installed to go alongside John McEwen’s 1988 exhibition at the Southern Alberta Art Gallery.
