Knitted Patchwork Cozy

Arianna Richardson created this vinyl wrap design using close-up photographs of a gigantic knitted patchwork sculpture that she made in 2022. Her intent was to introduce cozy and lovingly hand-crafted elements to a mass-produced, banal infrastructure object that was manufactured to look as unnoticeable as possible. By using vibrant colours and an exciting variety of patterns, Richardson hopes to add a little spark of joy to this busy city intersection.
