Call for a New Public Member – City of Lethbridge Public Art Committee

Passionate about arts and culture? Want to help shape public art in Lethbridge? The City of Lethbridge Public Art Committee is seeking a new public member! You don’t need formal art training—we’re looking for someone whose perspectives can help fill gaps in experience and knowledge.

  • Honorarium provided
  • Meet ~4 times per year
  • Open to Lethbridge residents (18+)

The ideal candidate would bring lived experience or knowledge in areas such as Blackfoot perspectives, Indigenous knowledge, reconciliation, inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA). They may also have personal experiences that reflect the diversity of Lethbridge’s community and demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to navigate different perspectives with sensitivity and respect.
